Mrs. Holman is the Founder of Women of Excellence, a 501 ( c ) 3 non-profit organization whose mission is to empower and encourage young girls to walk in Excellence daily.  Women of Excellence has partnered with the Gals Lead Teen Club Program that offers a transformational leadership mentoring development program in local high schools.  As a certified facilitator, Tatonya commits her time by teaching young girls the responsibility and role of leadership, help them develop a life-long love for learning, and gain the clarity and confidence needed to create intentional career paths. Tatonya’s desire is to help young girls uncover their gifts that align with their God-given divine purpose which will ultimately transform them to be purpose-filled women.

 

As a mother of two, Tatonya understands the importance of pouring into young girls and creating a safe space for girls to express their true feelings in order to be able to walk with confidence and boldness. Tatonya is passionate, enthusiastic and has the unique ability to connect and inspire others.  She has mentored colleagues as well as young women.  Her passion is to share her expertise to impact the lives of young girls.  She believes that God has provided her this platform to truly make a difference.
