Women of Excellence (WOE) is an organizational arm within Holman Ministries, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit community outreach organization serving the greater Washington, D.C./Suburban Maryland areas.  WOE’s vision is to develop women and girls who walk in “Excellence” daily. WOE’s mission is committed to encouraging, empowering, and strengthening women in the community.

Member Partner Benefits

Your commitment as a member partner with Women of Excellence, Inc. will provide you with the opportunities to shape and influence women’s lives in the community and eventually across the globe. As a member and partner, you will have opportunities to pour back into the community.  These may consist of, but not limited to, the following:

​

• Provide Christmas dinner and gifts for needy families in women’s shelters

• Assist the homeless and battered women to re-establish themselves and their families in their local communities

• Serve as the voice of empowerment through women-focused forums, retreats, and conferences throughout the Washington, DC/ Maryland & Virginia areas

• Provide multiple yearly scholarships through the W.O.E. “Bernie H. Manning College Scholarship Fund” awarded to a selected high school female student who has a desire to further their education
